The Night Watchman again pointed his camera out his window on 191st Street (on either Wadsworth or St. Nicholas) last night when a car repeatedly came to his street with its stereo blaring. According to his report on the DINaction listserv (the Dyckman-Inwood Noise Action Committee working to quash noise-related crime in the area) that a "vehicle parked near his building had "virtual open air nightclub by blaring his music." He also reports that his call to 311 resulted "yielded zero results. Not a single police cruiser arrive to deal with this menace during this time frame."
The time line was as follows:

1:20 a.m. Vehicle starts blaring music.
1:59 a.m. Vehicle leaves.
2:21 a.m. Same vehicle arrives again and starts blaring music.
