Tony Awards Likely Dumping Radio City, Moving to Washington Heights Next Year

CBS, which broadcasts the show, will have final say on the move, but it is likely the award show will move uptown.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — The Tonys are likely moving to an off-off-Broadway theater next year, as the award show could move from Radio City Music Hall to the United Palace Theater in Washington Heights.
